Swienty DANA api MATIC 2000 + PRO Filling Station

by Swienty
SKU 110888

When filling jars and fitting lids become a regular production job, moving between separate work areas can slow the batch down. The Swienty PRO Filling Station brings a DANA api MATIC 2000+ filler, a 100 cm turntable, lid dispenser and lid fitter together, with space for empty jars and finished packs close at hand.

The adjustable electric stand lets you adapt the filling position for different jar heights, while the side surfaces and storage boards help organise the run. Designed for one or two operators, it gives you a practical way to manage filling and lid fitting as orders grow.

Overview

The PRO station combines measured filling with an organised workspace for lid fitting. The DANA api MATIC 2000+ handles the dose, the turntable moves containers through the filling area, and the surrounding surfaces keep the next jars and lids within reach. You still load containers, place lids and operate the lid fitter.

Keep settings for repeat batches

The filler stores more than 20 programmes with dose, calibration and other filling settings. For example, you can keep separate programmes for two regular jar sizes, then recall the appropriate settings when the next order comes in. Check and recalibrate the fill when changing products or production conditions.

Control the fill and cut-off

The computer-controlled gear pump has adjustable speed and anti-drip control. These settings help you adapt the fill to your product and container. The product-contact parts are made from food-grade plastic or stainless steel and can be taken apart for cleaning.

Bring filling and lid fitting together

The lid dispenser keeps lids close to the operator. Once a jar is filled, place its lid on and press the lid fitter's handle to screw it into position. Adjustable torque lets the closing setup be matched to a suitable jar and lid combination.

Choose Setup

The PRO adds a lid dispenser, lid fitter and surrounding storage space to a 100 cm filling-table setup. It suits producers who want filling and lid fitting organised at one workstation, with room to prepare empty jars and collect finished packs.

FAQs

How many finished jars per hour can we expect? The DANA api MATIC 2000+ has a stated pump capacity of approximately 400 L/h. This describes the pump's output; the finished jar rate also depends on fill size, product flow, container loading and the time needed to place and fit each lid. Send us your pack sizes and target output so we can assess the complete workflow.

Does the PRO station use a more powerful filler than the standalone 2000+? It uses the DANA api MATIC 2000+ filling machine. The PRO adds container handling, lid fitting and workspace around that filler. These additions help organise the batch and reduce handling between tasks; they do not increase the pump's stated capacity.

Does it place lids on jars automatically? The operator takes a lid from the dispenser and places it on the filled jar. The lid fitter then screws it into position when the operator presses the handle.

Can one person operate the station? Swienty describes the station as suitable for one or two operators. The best arrangement depends on the filling and lid-fitting workload, your pack sizes and the output you need.

Can we use different jar and lid sizes? The filling height is adjustable, and the lid fitter has adjustable torque. Each jar and lid combination still needs checking for clearance, guidance and compatibility. Send us dimensions and lid details before ordering.

Can it fill products other than honey? Other products may be suitable. Tell us what you are filling, how it flows, whether it contains particles, its filling temperature and the dose and container you use. We can check the application with Swienty before recommending a setup.

Do we need a hopper? A hopper is one possible way to feed the filler. A suitable vessel connected by hose may also be appropriate. The connection and supply arrangement should be checked for your product and workspace.

How do we switch between regular pack sizes? Store separate filling programmes for your regular doses, then recall the appropriate programme for the next batch. Adjust the filling height and guides as needed, and check the dose and lid-fitting setup before continuing production.

What information should we send with an enquiry? Include the product, filling temperature, target doses, jar dimensions, lid type, batch sizes and target output. Photos of the jars and lids, plus the available workspace, will help us check the configuration.
