Price Match Guarantee

If you find the same eligible equipment at a lower delivered price from a UK supplier, contact us before placing your order. Once we verify that the offer meets the conditions below, we will match it.

What qualifies

The competing offer must meet all of these conditions:

1.     It is from an established UK business selling the goods in its own name, with a verifiable website and UK contact details.

2.     The goods are new, genuine and unused, with the same manufacturer, model, specification and configuration as our offer.

3.     The comparison includes the same quantity, accessories, consumables supplied with the machine, warranty cover and included services.

4.     The seller can supply the goods to your delivery postcode, with stock availability and a lead time comparable to our offer.

5.     The price is currently available for you to purchase at the time we check it. We may ask for written confirmation of availability.

We compare the total delivered price on the same VAT basis, including compulsory charges. A lower headline price that excludes required accessories, delivery or VAT may not be a lower comparable offer.

Offers outside this guarantee

The guarantee does not cover:

6.     Private sales, auction listings or third-party marketplace offers.

7.     Used, refurbished, ex-demonstration, damaged or clearance equipment.

8.     Overseas offers or imports without equivalent UK warranty and support arrangements.

9.     Pricing errors, unavailable products or expired promotions.

10.  Staff, membership, account-specific, negotiated trade or other individually restricted discounts.

11.  Finance repayments, cashback, trade-in values, loyalty rewards or bundled offers that cannot be compared item for item.

12.  Bespoke machinery, custom projects or individually negotiated quotations. You can still send us a competing quotation for review, but these are outside the guarantee.

How to request a match

13.  Email contact@batchpointequipment.com with the product name, model and a link to the competing offer.

14.  Include your delivery postcode, required quantity and evidence of any delivery charges or included extras.

15.  We will check the offer and confirm the matched price in writing if it qualifies. Please wait for that confirmation before ordering.

Any matched offer will state its validity period and availability. A price match cannot be combined with another BatchPoint discount unless we expressly agree. Our normal terms, delivery arrangements and returns policy continue to apply.

This guarantee applies to requests made before purchase. It does not provide a retrospective refund if another seller reduces a price after you order.

We may update or withdraw the guarantee for future requests. This will not affect a match already confirmed in writing within its stated validity period.
