Swienty Hopper for DANA Filling Machines

Choose the hopper to suit your filling machine and its support. The 10 L version is the recommended option for the DANA api MATIC 1000, with a suitable stand or other support. The 20 L version suits the DANA api MATIC 2000+ and 3000. For the 1000, choose the smaller hopper because of the weight load.

Check your machine model and mounting arrangement before choosing a size. If you already have a DANA filler, send us its model and a photograph of the setup so we can check the connection and support required.

• Supplied item: one stainless steel hopper in the selected size.
• Purpose: holds the product supply above a compatible DANA filling machine for batch filling.
• Separate items: the filling machine, support stand and matching hopper lid are sold separately.

The fitting arrangement should be checked against your machine before ordering. The 10 L and 20 L designations identify the hopper options; do not use the litre designation as a honey weight limit. Confirm the appropriate working load for your supported setup.

Can I use the 20 L hopper on a DANA api MATIC 1000? Swienty does not recommend it because of the weight load. Choose the 10 L hopper and make sure the machine has a suitable stand or other support.

Do I need a stand for the 10 L hopper? For the DANA 1000, Swienty recommends its table stand, reference 110044, or another suitable support arrangement. If your machine is already mounted on a station, send us the details so we can check the setup.

Does a hopper increase the machine's filling speed? It provides a way to supply product to the filler. The filling rate still depends on the machine, product flow, dose and jar handling.

Is the lid included? The matching lid is sold separately. Choose reference 110648 for the 10 L hopper or 110647 for the 20 L hopper.

Delivery

This accessory is normally held in stock by Swienty. Subject to availability, estimated UK delivery is approximately 3–4 days after payment has been received, excluding any customs clearance delays. We will confirm current availability and the delivery estimate for your order.

This accessory can be shipped by parcel service. The delivery charge depends on the items ordered and your destination; we will confirm the charge before accepting your order. Tell us your postcode and any production deadline when you enquire.

Returns and cancellations

Please contact BatchPoint before cancelling an order or sending an item back. Business change-of-mind returns require our written agreement. We will confirm the applicable conditions, any restrictions for configured or special-order equipment, and return transport arrangements before a return is made.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs. Where damage is visible at delivery, please also tell the courier. Warranty cover for this accessory will be confirmed before you order. If you would like the applicable terms, contact BatchPoint and tell us which hopper size you need.
