Swienty DANA api MATIC 2000 + Filling Station (70 cm Turntable)

by Swienty
SKU 110897EU

When filling orders means positioning and removing every jar by hand, the pace of the batch can depend as much on handling containers as on dispensing product. This station pairs the DANA api MATIC 2000+ with a 70 cm automatic turntable. You place empty containers on the table; it brings each one to the filling position, stops for the measured fill and moves on to the next.

The 70 cm table gives growing production teams a compact way to organise repeat filling runs. You still load empty containers and collect filled ones, while the station handles their movement through the filling position. The product feed, outlet and container fit are specified for your application.

Enquire about this station with your product, target fill, container dimensions and expected batch size. We will check the setup and provide a quotation.

Overview

The station combines a computer-controlled DANA api MATIC 2000+ gear-pump filler with a 70 cm rotating table. The table advances containers to the outlet; when a container reaches the switch, the table stops and the filler dispenses the programmed dose. The table then advances to the next container.

Spend less of the run positioning jars

With a standalone filler, you present each container beneath the outlet. Here, the turntable repeats that movement for you. Your attention can stay on feeding the table, collecting filled containers and checking the batch rather than starting every fill individually. The adjustable guide and filler position help accommodate different container formats.

Keep settings for repeat products and pack sizes

The 2000+ stores 20 filling programmes with dose, calibration and other filling settings. You could keep separate settings for a regular retail jar and a larger food-service pack, then recall the appropriate programme for the next run. Check a test fill when changing jobs and recalibrate when the product or filling conditions change.

Adjust the fill to the product

Pump speed and anti-drip control can be adjusted for the fill. Product-contact parts are made from food-grade plastic or stainless steel and can be taken apart for cleaning. Swienty has documented a producer using a 70 cm DANA 2000+ station for plain and fruit yoghurt; that producer’s setup included a separate 20 L hopper. Suitability for your recipe and cleaning process still needs to be checked.

How a filling run works

  1. Set up the table guide and filler position for your containers, and connect a suitable product feed from a vessel or optional hopper.
  2. Select the filling programme, set the dose and calibrate it using a test fill and a suitable scale.
  3. Place empty containers on the turntable. The table brings each container to the filling position, stops while it is filled and then moves to the next.
  4. Collect filled containers, replenish the empty ones and check fills during the run as appropriate.

The turntable automates container movement through the filling position. Loading, collection, product supply and checks remain operator tasks; capping and labelling are separate processes.

Choose Setup

The 70 cm station is the more compact of these two DANA 2000+ turntable pages. The 100 cm station offers a larger table with a railing that separates feeding and collection areas. Both use a DANA api MATIC 2000+ filler, so table diameter alone does not increase the pump’s stated output.

Configuration What it changes Included here?
70 cm DANA 2000+ station Automatic container movement through the filling position on a compact turntable. Yes: the filling machine and 70 cm turntable are the basis of this page.
100 cm DANA 2000+ station A larger working table with distinct feeding and collection areas. No: this is a separate station.
Hopper feed Supplies product from a hopper mounted above the pump. Optional; specify a suitable hopper and lid in the quotation.
Alternative outlet nozzle Matches the outlet to the product, dose and container opening. Optional; the appropriate outlet is checked for your application.
Hot-fill configuration Allows approved applications above the standard 40°C product-temperature limit. Optional; the complete hot-fill setup must be specified and quoted.

The supplied 70 cm station sheet gives a container diameter of 30–120 mm and height of 30–290 mm. Send us your actual containers, particularly if they are near a limit, so we can check the guide, outlet and clearance for the quoted setup.

FAQs

Is this an automatic filling line? The turntable automatically presents containers to the filler and moves on after each dose. An operator still loads empty containers, removes filled ones and monitors the run. This station does not cap or label containers.

How does the 70 cm station differ from the 100 cm station? The 70 cm version provides the turntable workflow in a smaller table format. The 100 cm station gives more table area and separates the feeding and collection zones with a railing. Both use the DANA api MATIC 2000+ filler; we can check which layout fits your containers, workspace and staffing.

Can it fill something other than honey? Potentially. Swienty has documented yoghurt production on a 70 cm DANA 2000+ station. Other products depend on flow, ingredients, particles, temperature and cleaning requirements. Tell us what you make and send container details so we can check the application with Swienty.

How many containers per hour can it fill? There is no single rate for every product and pack size. The 400 L/h figure is the pump’s approximate output. Dose size, product behaviour, the selected outlet and the time needed to load and collect containers all affect finished output.

Does the machine weigh each container? No. Use a suitable scale to calibrate test fills, then the filler dispenses the set dose. Check fills during production and recalibrate when conditions change.

Is a hopper included? No. A hopper and lid can be specified separately, or the pump can be connected to a suitable vessel. Tell us how you plan to feed the product so we can check the connections.

Can I hot-fill with this standard station? The standard product-temperature limit is 40°C. An approved hot-fill configuration may be specified for applications up to 95°C, but it requires more than a change of programme. Tell us your filling and cleaning temperatures so the complete product-contact setup can be checked.

Will it arrive ready to use? Swienty states that the 70 cm station requires assembly and supplies assembly instructions. We will confirm the dispatch arrangement and what you need to do on delivery as part of the quotation.
