Swienty DANA api MATIC 2000 + Filling Station (100 cm Turntable)

by Swienty
SKU 110885

As filling batches grow, repeatedly moving jars into position can interrupt an otherwise steady run. This station combines the DANA api MATIC 2000+ with a 100 cm automatic turntable. You place empty containers in the feeding area; the table brings them to the filler, stops for the measured dose and moves on. A separate collection area gives you a clear place to remove filled containers.

The larger table creates more room to organise loading and collection around the same DANA 2000+ dosing machine. It is a useful choice when the working area around a compact turntable feels tight, provided the station fits your containers and available floor space.

Enquire about this station with your product, container dimensions, target fill and batch requirements. We will check the configuration and provide a quotation.

Overview

The 100 cm filling station pairs a DANA api MATIC 2000+ gear-pump filler with an automatic stainless-steel turntable. A railing divides the tabletop into feeding and collection zones, giving the operator distinct places to load empty containers and remove filled ones.

Keep the filling position supplied

The table moves containers to the outlet and stops while the filler dispenses the programmed dose. It then advances to the next container. This takes repeated jar positioning out of the operator’s hands while leaving the important tasks—supplying product, loading, collection and fill checks—with your team.

Return to familiar batch settings

The DANA 2000+ stores 20 filling programmes with dose, calibration and other filling settings. You could keep separate programmes for a smaller retail container and a larger trade pack. Recall the relevant settings for a repeat order, check a test fill and recalibrate whenever the product or filling conditions change.

Control the dose and clean between runs

The filler has adjustable pump speed and anti-drip control. Its product-contact parts are food-grade plastic or stainless steel and can be disassembled for cleaning. Which foods, cosmetics or other viscous products it can handle depends on the recipe, temperature, particles, feed and outlet arrangement.

How a filling run works

  1. Set the guide and filling position for your containers, and connect a suitable product feed from a vessel or optional hopper.
  2. Select a filling programme, set the dose and calibrate using a test fill and a suitable scale.
  3. Place empty containers in the feeding area. The turntable moves each container beneath the outlet and stops for filling.
  4. The table advances after the dose. Remove filled containers from the collection area, replenish the empties and check fills during the run.

This is automatic container presentation and filling, with operator loading and collection. Capping and labelling would require separate equipment.

Choose Setup

The 100 cm station provides more table area than the 70 cm version and uses a railing to separate feeding from collection. It uses the same DANA api MATIC 2000+ pump family: choose the table layout around your containers, workspace and how your team will run the batch, rather than assuming a larger table increases the pump’s output.

Configuration What it changes Included here?
100 cm DANA 2000+ station Automatic container movement on a larger tabletop with feeding and collection zones. Yes: the filling machine and 100 cm turntable are the basis of this page.
70 cm DANA 2000+ station A more compact turntable arrangement for automatic container presentation. No: this is a separate station.
Hopper feed Supplies product from above the pump when that suits the process. Optional; a suitable hopper and lid can be specified.
Alternative outlet nozzle Matches the outlet to your product and container opening. Optional; checked as part of the quoted setup.
Hot-fill configuration Supports approved applications above the standard 40°C product-temperature limit. Optional; the complete equipment arrangement must be specified and quoted.

Swienty lists a container diameter of 30–115 mm and height of 30–190 mm for this station. The larger tabletop does not automatically mean greater container clearance. Share the actual container and intended outlet with us, particularly near either limit.

FAQs

What does the 100 cm table add over the 70 cm station? It provides a larger tabletop and a railing that separates the areas for feeding empty containers and collecting filled ones. Both stations use the DANA api MATIC 2000+ filler. We can check which layout suits your available space and the way you plan to staff the line.

Will the larger table fill more containers per hour? Not automatically. Both pages use the same pump family. Finished output depends on the product, dose, outlet, how containers are loaded and collected, and the complete station setup. The approximately 400 L/h figure describes the pump, not a promised container rate.

Does the station load and remove containers by itself? No. The turntable presents containers to the filler and advances after each dose. An operator supplies empty containers, collects filled ones and checks the run.

Can it fill products other than honey? Potentially, where the product suits the pump and outlet. Tell us how it flows, whether it contains particles, its filling and cleaning temperatures, your target dose and container dimensions. We will check uncertain applications with Swienty before recommending a setup.

Does it weigh each container? No. You use a suitable scale to calibrate test fills. The machine then dispenses the set dose, and you should continue to check fills during production as appropriate.

Does this page include a hopper? No. A suitable hopper and lid can be added to the quotation, or the pump can be fed from an appropriate vessel using the correct connections. Tell us how you currently hold and transfer the product.

Can I use it for hot filling? The standard station has a maximum product temperature of 40°C. Swienty describes approved hot-fill configurations up to 95°C, but these need suitable additional components. Include both filling and cleaning temperatures in your enquiry.

How do I clean it between products? The filler’s product-contact parts can be disassembled for cleaning. Follow the supplied machine instructions. If your process requires frequent recipe changes, allergen controls or a particular cleaning method, tell us so these needs can be checked as part of the setup.
