The Flex-Matic OS helps make label placement more repeatable on suitable flat bags, envelopes and other products, with optical sensing to control the label position. You insert each item by hand; the machine detects and applies the label at the set location.

Overview

The Flex-Matic OS is the optically sensed version for suitable flat products. It is intended for repeat jobs where the operator still feeds each item but wants the machine to control label detection and placement more consistently.

Product thickness, flexibility, surface finish and label material all affect suitability. Sample testing is recommended for soft, uneven or unusual packs and whenever the optical sensor arrangement is uncertain.
