The Flex-Matic helps make label placement more repeatable on suitable flat products such as bags, envelopes and pamphlets. Set the horizontal and vertical position, then insert each item by hand for the machine to apply the label in the chosen area.

Overview

The Flex-Matic is intended for repeat labelling of suitable flat items that are currently positioned and labelled by hand. The operator feeds each product, while the machine controls label presentation and placement at the set position.

It is adjustable for compatible jobs within its stated limits, but soft, uneven or unusually shaped packs may behave differently. Sample testing is recommended where product handling or label adhesion is uncertain.
