The Audion Lamino 302 LM seals laminated, heat-sealable bags on a compact tabletop machine. Both jaws stay heated to make a 13 mm crimped seal, with digital controls for temperature and sealing time.

The foot pedal is included. You can add an adjustable worktable to support bags or a code seal to impress a date or batch reference into the seal; both are sold separately.

Overview

A reliable finish for laminated bags

The Lamino 302 LM is for producers sealing ready-made, heat-sealable bags on a workbench. It is a good fit for laminated coffee, tea, bakery and pet-food packs, as well as suitable bags for powders, granules, small parts and other products. What matters most is the bag material and a clean sealing area, so check those before ordering.

  • Stronger seals on thicker laminates: both jaws stay heated and press a 13 mm crimped profile into the material.
  • Repeatable settings: set seal time and temperature on the LCD control panel. Temperature is adjustable up to 200°C; the controller helps maintain it between cycles.
  • Straight, consistent placement: an insertion edge guide helps position each bag at the same point in the jaws.
  • Flexible operation: use the included foot pedal to keep your hands free for the bag, or use the machine's automatic cycling mode. The jaws open when the cycle ends.
  • Fewer underheated starts: the cycle waits until the set temperature has been reached. Thermal protection and a fuse provide additional safeguards.

Check the film: Audion lists paper-coated and aluminium-laminated bags, PP and other suitable heat-sealable laminates. Avoid 100% PE film or laminates with PE on the outside, which can melt onto the hot jaws. If the material is unfamiliar, send us the specification or a sample to check.

FAQs

Will it seal ordinary PE film?
No. Use suitable heat-sealable laminated or PP packaging; Audion specifically warns against all-PE film and bags with PE on the outside because they may stick to the heated bars.

Do I need to buy a foot pedal?
No. The electric foot pedal comes with the machine. A separately listed pedal would be a replacement.

Can I seal without pressing the pedal each time?
Yes. Audion says the Lamino can run an automatic sealing cycle as well as foot-pedal operation. You can adjust seal time and temperature on the control panel.

What if my bag is thick or unfamiliar?
Audion states a film thickness of up to 2 × 200 µm, but the right settings and result depend on the material. Send us a bag sample or specification if you need to confirm the seal before ordering.
