The Audion D 545 is a compact tabletop continuous band sealer for production lines that need fast, repeatable 10 mm seals. Choose the horizontal AH format for bags that travel lying flat, or the vertical AV format for upright bags containing liquids, powders, granules or loose products.

Both formats combine an integrated conveyor with digital control of sealing temperature, conveyor speed and cooling time. Nine recipe memories make repeat jobs quicker to set up, while the automatic cool-down cycle protects the sealing belts after use.

    Horizontal or vertical?

    Choose the way your filled bag needs to travel

    Horizontal — D 545 AH
    For flat, narrow or stable packs that can travel lying down. The conveyor height is adjustable and can move up to 70 mm towards the operator to suit the pack and seal position.

    Vertical — D 545 AV
    For bags that must stay upright, including liquids, powders, granules and loose pieces. The sealing head is electrically height-adjustable for different bag sizes.

    The optional D 545 spare-parts set includes two V-belts, four PTFE belts and two heating elements. It fits both formats.
