When square, oval or flat-sided containers are difficult to label consistently by hand, the Flat-Matic provides a guided application process for suitable bottles, boxes, flasks and similar packs. Choose the 6″ or 12″ working width to suit the product and label.

This is not a universal fit for every non-round container. Send us the product dimensions, photographs and label-roll details so the contact area, sensor and working width can be checked before you order. Transparent labels require the optional black-dot sensor and special-order lead time.

The Flat-Matic is designed for suitable containers that do not suit a conventional round-bottle applicator. The guided process can improve placement on flat or gently curved faces while the operator continues to load and remove each item.

Compatibility depends on the exact container profile, usable label area and roll specification. Sample testing is recommended for oval, tapered, ridged or otherwise unusual packs before purchase.
