The Bottle-Matic II OS is designed for more repeatable labelling of suitable round containers when you need one label or a front-and-back pair. Automatic container activation and optical label sensing reduce the number of manual steps, while the included rewinder keeps waste backing under control.

Overview

The Bottle-Matic II OS adds automatic bottle sensing, optical label detection, a counter and waste-backing rewinder to the two-label Bottle-Matic format. It is intended for operators who want fewer steps and tidier backing-paper handling while retaining manual loading.

It can apply one label or a front-and-back pair from the same roll. Opaque and transparent labels require different sensing arrangements, so label material and registration marks must be checked before purchase.
