The Audion Industrial Magneta MGMI is a robust, motorised impulse sealer for production environments that need repeatable 5 mm seals without compressed air. Electrical foot operation keeps both hands free, while the integrated knife trims excess film or separates bags made from tubular material.

Choose the seal length that suits your pack width; optional tables, stands, roll holders and bag supports let the same machine grow into a complete packing station.

    Overview

    Fast, repeatable sealing

    • Motorised sealing arm closes, holds through the seal and cooling cycle, then opens automatically.
    • Impulse heating uses power only during the seal cycle and suits PE, PP and thin laminates.
    • Electrical foot pedal operation; no compressed-air supply required.
    • Integrated knife supports made-to-length bags from tubular film and neat trimming of ready-made bags.

    Available in 420, 520, 620, 720, 820 and 1020 mm seal lengths. Allow enough width for the complete bag mouth and choose the next size up if pack dimensions vary.

    • Tabletop: add the matched work table/bag support for easier handling.
    • Floor-standing: add the matched support stand and, for tubular film, the rolls-and-Polylock set.
    • Heavy packs: compatible models can be fitted with the angle device and heavy-duty bag support.
