Does the Pandyno need the floor stand?
No. The adjustable worktable is included, and the machine can be used on a stable bench with suitable working clearance. The SP 421 floor stand is optional if you prefer a freestanding, standing-height workstation.
Can I use it without a filling chute?
No. A correctly sized chute is needed to guide the product and carry the tubular film. Six chute sizes are available separately.
What products can it pack?
It is intended for free-flowing products or loose parts that fall through the chute under their own weight. Product size, shape and flow determine the chute. Liquids, sticky products or items that bridge in the chute need a different packing method.
Does it make and cut the bags?
It seals the top of the filled bag, creates the bottom seal of the next bag and cuts through the middle of the seal in the same cycle. You still draw the tubular film down and load the product manually.
Which film can I use?
Audion specifies PE or PP tubular film up to 2 × 150 micron. The film width must suit the selected chute, and the seal and cooling timers should be set for the material.
Will it always reach seven bags per minute?
No. Seven bags per minute is Audion's stated maximum. Product handling, portioning, bag length and the operator's working rhythm will determine the actual output.
