The Audion Industrial Sealmaster ISM makes a 5 mm impulse seal using heat from both jaws. This bi-active heating suits thicker or more demanding films, with digital sealing and cooling timers to help you repeat the settings that work for your bags.

Choose a 420, 620 or 1020 mm sealing length, with or without an integrated cutter. The sealing arm is electrically driven and foot operated, so you can hold the bag with both hands. No compressed-air supply is required.

    Overview

More heat through demanding bag materials

The Industrial Sealmaster ISM is an electrically driven impulse sealer for heavier-duty bagging. Unlike a single-wire sealer, its bi-active bars heat from both sides of the bag. This helps transfer heat through thicker PE, PP and suitable laminate films while the machine holds the jaws closed for the programmed seal and cooling times.

    • Repeatable cycles: use the digital panel to set seal and cooling times for your film; the motorised jaws open after the cycle.
    • Hands free at the jaws: tap the electric foot pedal, then guide and support the bag with both hands. No compressed air is required.
    • Built for regular use: seal-wire tensioners help keep the wires taut and reduce premature wear of PTFE strips.
    • Ready-made bags or roll film: the standard ISM seals bag mouths; an ISMK cutter version can trim above the seal or cut bags from tubular film.

It is an impulse machine, so it seals one bag at a time rather than running a continuous conveyor. Film suitability depends on its structure and thickness; ask us to check a sample if the seal is critical.

    Build Your Setup

Build a workstation around your bags

Start with a 420, 620 or 1020 mm sealing length wider than the complete bag mouth. Choose ISM for sealing ready-made bags or ISMK when you need the integrated cutter for trimming or tubular film.

    • Check cutter clearance: usable cutter lengths are 354 mm on the 420, 564 mm on the 620 and 964 mm on the 1020. A bag that fits the sealing bar may still be too wide for the cutter.
    • Bench or floor: use the machine on a stable workbench, or enquire about compact support. The optional bag support attaches to that stand, not directly to the machine. A larger industrial frame is a configurable enquiry item.
    • Working from a roll: add a matched film roll holder and Polylock. Listed tabletop holders fit 620 and 1020 mm; the support-mounted holder is for the 620 mm compact setup. Ask us to confirm a 420 mm roll arrangement.
    • Maintenance: choose the wearing-parts kit for your machine length. It contains replacement PTFE, seal wires, silicone rubber and knives.

These accessories are separate from the machine. This listing covers the epoxy-finished variants; contact us about stainless steel or IP65 requirements.

    FAQs

    Why heat from both jaws?
Bi-active heating transfers heat through thicker or more demanding films from both sides. Send the film specification or a sample so the seal can be checked for your application.

When do I need the cutter?
Choose ISMK if you want to cut bags from tubular film or trim surplus material above the seal. For ready-made bags with no trimming, standard ISM is simpler.

Does it need air or an extra pedal?
No. It is electrically driven and includes an electric foot pedal.

Will the compact bag support fit by itself?
No. It attaches to the compact support stand. Check the accessory page for the matching arrangement.

    Is stainless steel included?
No. The options on this page are epoxy finished; ask us to confirm a stainless or IP65 configuration separately.
