Audion Industrial Magneta MGMI Impulse Sealer

A repeatable seal with both hands free

The Industrial Magneta MGMI is a motorised impulse sealer for medium-duty bagging. A light tap on the electric foot pedal closes the jaws; the arm stays shut through the set heating and cooling times, then opens automatically. You can keep both hands on the bag instead of holding the arm down, which helps when pack sizes vary or bags are awkward to position.

• Suited to ready-made bags and tubular film: seal PE, PP and suitable thin laminates; the built-in knife trims excess film or cuts your next bag length from a roll.
• Consistent across a shift: separate seal and cooling time controls help you find and repeat the cycle for your chosen film.
• Low maintenance: seal-wire tensioners keep the wire taut; wearing parts can be replaced when required.
• Flexible workstation: use it on a bench or choose matched support and roll-handling accessories for your workflow. No compressed-air supply is needed.

Check your film: Audion states up to 2 × 200 µm, but thickness alone does not guarantee a good seal. For heavy or complex laminates, ask us to check a sample; the bi-active Sealmaster may suit them better.

Choose a machine length, then add only what you need

Choose a sealing bar wider than the entire bag opening. The MGMI comes in 420, 520, 620, 720, 820 and 1020 mm lengths; the matched accessory size depends on your machine.

• On a workbench: the worktable and bag support helps position filled bags. For tubular film, add the Rolloflux tabletop roll holder.
• Floor standing: choose a compatible support stand. For film on a roll, the rolls and Polylock set supports and restrains the film on the stand.
• Larger or heavier bags: the angle device and heavy-duty bag support form a matched arrangement. Confirm compatibility before ordering.
• Keep wearing parts ready: select the MGMI wearing-parts set matching your seal length. These accessories are sold separately.

The electric foot pedal and cutter are part of the MGMI machine; you do not need to add another pedal to get started.

Is this a continuous band sealer?
No. The MGMI seals one bag mouth per cycle. For a continuous flow of ready-made bags, look at the D 545 AH or AV.

Does the machine need compressed air?
No. Its closing arm and foot pedal are electrically operated.

Can I work from tubular film?
Yes. The integrated knife cuts film after a seal. Add a matched roll holder if you want to feed film conveniently from a roll.

How do I choose the bar length?
Measure the full open width of the bag, including gussets when flattened, and choose a sealing length with room to position it. Send us a bag sample for an uncertain fit.

What is the difference from the Sealmaster?
The MGMI uses a single 5 mm impulse sealing wire and suits PE, PP and thin laminates. The Sealmaster heats from both jaws for more demanding films.
