Overview

The FX510e uses thermal-transfer foil ribbons to place selected artwork onto compatible label surfaces. DTM supplies a passive unwinder for larger rolls; confirm current package contents and ribbon compatibility for the selected material.

Does it print full-colour labels?
No. It adds foil or spot effects. Use it alone for single-colour foil work or alongside a colour label printer.

What does the ‘c’ version add?
FX510ec adds a guillotine cutter.

Can I use any foil ribbon?
No. Ribbon width, formulation and label surface must be compatible with the machine and job.

Delivery & Returns

DTM normally dispatches from Germany to BatchPoint in London; the first leg is typically around 5–7 working days, subject to stock and customs clearance. We then arrange onward UK delivery. We will confirm the complete delivery estimate and charge before accepting the order. Please tell us about any production deadline.

Check media, software and workflow suitability with us before ordering. Business change-of-mind returns require written agreement; statutory rights are unaffected. If goods arrive damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with photographs and retain the packaging. See our Returns and Cancellations policy.

Warranty & Support

DTM provides a 12-month standard warranty for qualifying UK purchases. Register the printer within 30 days of purchase for the free extension to 36 months, subject to DTM’s terms. Register with DTM.
